At 16 I left school and went to work for D.L.Corran Treesurgeons, the family tree surgery business, and 20 years on I am still enjoying the challenges that arboriculture brings and have gained experience in all aspects of tree work.
As a company we became Arb Association Approved Contactors and gained CHAS accreditation in November 2011, a process I was heavily involved in.
I achieved the RFS Certificate in Arb on the 27/9/2011 with a Merit in the theory part of the examination.
On the 14/11/12 I was awarded the Level 4 Diploma in Arb. I am currently half way through studying for my Level 6 Diploma.
I am a member of the Arb Association at a technician level.
I set up Grind It to run alongside and complement the family business and to set myself new challenges.
